Taxes and shipping calculated at checkout
Shipping policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026.
1. Standard Lead Time
Standard lead time is generally 7 to 10 days unless otherwise specified on the applicable product detail page. Any stated shipping or processing time is based on Viburnum Home's reasonable expectation at the time it is stated.
2. Shipping Delays and Cancellation Rights
If Viburnum Home learns that an order cannot be shipped within the time stated at purchase, we will provide notice and, as required by applicable law, give the customer the opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. If Viburnum Home determines that it cannot fulfill an order, the order will be cancelled and refunded as required by law.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are added to the order total and are shown or calculated during checkout.
4. Carriers
In-stock items are generally shipped by USPS or FedEx, with limited exceptions. Viburnum Home may use another appropriate carrier when necessary.
5. Pre-Orders and Backorders
Items marked with an "Expected to Ship" date will ship once they are in stock. Expected ship dates are estimates and are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of materially extended backorder dates. Pre-order items may be charged at checkout, as disclosed when the order is placed.
6. Delivery Timing
Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside Viburnum Home's control.
7. Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
8. Damaged Shipments
If an item arrives damaged, please contact orders@viburnumhome.com promptly with your order information and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Please retain the packaging until the matter has been resolved, as it may be needed to document a carrier claim.
9. Oversized, Fragile, or Special Items
Certain oversized, fragile, custom, or specialty products may require different shipping arrangements, lead times, or charges. Any special requirements will be stated on the product page or communicated when applicable.
