Providing an email address solely for an order, customer-service inquiry, or other transaction does not enroll you in our marketing email list. Commercial marketing emails will be sent in accordance with applicable law and will include the required sender identification, a valid postal address, and a clear method to opt out. 5. Customer-Submitted Photographs of Products in Homes

Customers may choose to share photographs showing Viburnum Home products displayed in their homes or other interiors. Viburnum Home may ask for permission to reproduce and display a submitted photograph on viburnumhome.com, Viburnum Home social media, email, or other Viburnum Home promotional materials.

Viburnum Home does not intend to publish photographs of customers or other identifiable people. Our interest is in showing the product and its styling. We will make reasonable efforts not to disclose a customer's name, street address, exact location, or other personally identifying information with a photograph unless separately authorized.

If you have previously given permission for digital use of a photograph and later ask us to discontinue future use, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to remove it from digital materials under our control, although removal from materials already printed, distributed, reposted, or outside our control may not always be possible.
